3. In any agreement with our customers, AstaTech promises to keep the technical information provided by the customers confidential and will not provide the information to third parties in any form without our customers’ permission.

4. AstaTech signs a confidentiality agreement with the relevant employees to ensure that all trade secrets and customer information will not be disclosed.
