Astatech fixed-bed catalytic platform represents the company's flagship technology development initiative, dedicated to the independent research and development of high-efficiency heterogeneous catalysts, core equipment, and comprehensive process technologies. The laboratory is equipped with several sets of multi-phase reaction apparatuses (liquid-liquid, gas-liquid, gas-gas), including catalyst screening and evaluation systems, pilot-scale verification units, and scale-up research facilities. These resources are utilized in the development of pharmaceutical intermediates and fine chemicals through various reaction types such as ketonization, amination, etherification, hydrogenation, and alkylation.

Compared with the traditional kettle process, fixed bed catalysis has the technical advantages of high efficiency, green, low cost, continuous and automatic. This platform can achieve production scales ranging from 1,000 to 10,000 tons annually. Several products successfully developed by the company based on this platform, such as diethyl ketone, methyl isopropyl ketone, diisopropyl ketone, 4-heptanone, methyl isobutyl ketone, Bis-(2-dimethylaminoethyl) ether, and N-methylpiperidine, have progressed to the stage of industrial technology application. One project has completed a 100-ton pilot-scale technology verification.
